Snow Pics and Matt Maher - Hold Us Together

I heard this song called "Hold Us Together" today and it was so good! Be sure to listen to it...I added the song to the end of this post. Also, we got a TON of snow, nine and a half inches to be exact, today! For the first time in my life I got to experience a Thunder Snow last night! It was thundering and lightening and instead of a heavy rainfall that comes with a storm, it was snowing Silver Dollar sized snowflakes by the droves. Hearing the thunder boom, seeing the lightening light up the sky and watching those enormous flakes come down so fast was the most beautiful thing I have ever experienced! Here is the snow that covered our town today. These pictures consist of our neighborhood, in our front yard, down our road and a usually busy street where a man was walking a large pack of dogs (it looked like he was dog sledding!) :

Oh my word, you've got to hear this song! It's upbeat and has great lyrics, too!!!!

I agree, beautiful pictures Liz! I love the one of the road and the pine tree. The snowman is so cute. I have never heard of thunder snow... 9 inches is ALOT! Please enjoy it for those of us in Texas who are wishing for snow! :)
