Tilapia is the best tasting fish

I remember two years ago that Claire made Rebecca and me a delicious meal consisting of Orange Tilapia with cooked spinach. I have looked up numerous recipes trying to find something close to what I remember this tasting like. I stumbled across this recipe online! I have a huge craving for Orange Tilapia! I also love cooked spinach with this meal...I just get a skillet, put 1 tbs. of olive oil, sprinkle garlic salt and throw in the fresh spinach until it just begins to wilt. Yummy!

Tilapia with orange glaze

Ingredients

2 tilapia filets (4oz)
1 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon light butter

Directions

pour 1/2 cup in bowl and place tilapia filets in to soak.
Begin melting the butter in a non-stick pan.
When melted place filets and juice in pan.
Cook the filets fully then pour the remaining juice into pan and let simmer.

Number of Servings: 2
