We have rabbits in the backyard. It's so neat because we live in a growing city and the neighborhood where we live is still like the "country" with 1 acre or more wooded lots which are habitats to rabbits, racoons, squirrels and other critters. Today while I was sitting outside having my quiet time, I noticed the sweet rabbit that usually comes to our yard in the early evening hours. It was munching away on our tall grass and Bunni didn't notice it at all...thank goodness, because she usually goes crazy when she sees wildlife. I wanted to take a picture of the rabbit but couldn't because if I got up to get the camera it would hop away. Instead I have found a picture of one that Paul took last year. You can tell we were in a drought last year by looking at this picture...our grass was dry like straw! Now with all the abundant rain we've gotten this Spring...literally it's been raining nearly every day...our grass is the richest green ever!
